Fine Art Photographer Marcia Goldner Treiger

"I am a graduate of Moore College of Art, and Tyler School of Art, where I earned my Masters in Photography. My life has been devoted to creating fine art photography, and teaching photography at the college level for the past twenty five years."

"Being able to motivate and inspire young minds has kept me involved in teaching all these years. Creating imagery and exploring many ways of seeing the world is my most valued activity. My works are part of several permanent collections, including the Houston Museum of Fine Arts. "

 

Currently, Marcia Treiger has relocated to Tampa, Florida, where she has been chosen to start up the newly founded BFA in Digital Photography program at The Art Institute of Tampa. She is also a provisional member of Las Damas de Arte, a group of women artists whose sole purpose is to raise funds for art scholarships. Marcia is also a member of the Florida Museum of Photography in Tampa, Florida.
